California Governor Candidates Agree: Requiring Truck Drivers to Speak English Is Racist

California has licensed at least 17,000 Commercial Drivers’ Licenses to illegal aliens, and was forced to revoke them at the risk of losing their federal funding for transportation. 

The current candidates for governor in California think that’s racist, as is requiring truck drivers to speak English and be able to read and understand road signs. 

Welcome to California, where people live in tents on the sidewalk, poop in the street, rot from drug abuse, and are used as an excuse to fund a multi-billion-dollar NGO complex that can’t tell the government where all that money went.

Every single Democratic Party candidate for governor strongly opposed requiring English proficiency because it is racist or something. 

How, exactly, language and race are related is unnecessary to explain in a place like California, where it is just assumed that any deficiency in competence is excused by having a skin color a shade darker than Cafe au lait.

The mere fact that foreign truck drivers who cannot speak English have been killing Americans on our nation’s highways is no barrier at all to these psychopaths insisting they belong on the roads. We have all been horrified by those videos of foreign truckers driving unsafely and killing families, of course, and every one of these “compassionate” Democrats is well aware that this is a serious problem.

Katie Porter gives a man named Chad Bianco a lecture on racism because he supports giving truck drivers language proficiency and knowledge tests when it comes to basic road signs to avoid fatal and near-fatal road crashes. 

“I am stunned that Mr. Bianco would say to black and brown Californians and immigrants who are being terrorized and racially profiled that you have to get over racism.” 

“It’s not something that you get over. It’s something that you fight. And if he doesn’t understand the importance of that. He has no business representing a state with the diversity [that California has].” 

Bianco says that’s not even close to what he’s saying. 

“Californians are absolutely sick and tired of our politicians making race the basis of everything. It is not, and this racial divide that they are pushing between law enforcement and the public or Democrat and Republican, absolutely has to stop.”

“And I’m telling you, we are sick of it.”

“Black and Brown” is a mantra to excuse anything, of course, because Democrats are willing to sacrifice anybody and everybody if they can claim it benefits “black and brown” people. 

Like “defund the police” and “decarceration,” these policies lead to the majority of violent crimes, because the majority of those crimes are committed by repeat offenders whom the liberals keep letting out on the streets.

It’s why MS-13 and Tren de Aragua members are now the latest heroes of the anti-ICE movement. They are brown, so they are victims of terror in America. 

That’s why they flock to live here. There is an insufficient supply of terror in their homelands, I guess. 

Every one of the Democrats thinks that Newsom is doing a pretty darn good job on homelessness to. Xavier Becerra, the current frontrunner, gave Newsom an “A” for effort.

“A for effort?” I suppose if you believe that pouring money into lefty NGOs is the point of government, then Becerra is right. 

The purpose of a program is what it does, not what the people who run it say it is intended to do.

“The U.S. Attorney’s office in L.A. says they are actively investigating at least 12 other similar fraud cases here in California.”

Gavin Newsom has looted the state for himself and his buddies, and each of the Democratic candidates to replace him looks at how doing so has propelled him to the top of the Democratic scrum for the presidential nomination. Is it any wonder they are promising to be even more lawless and corrupt than Newsom?

The Democratic Party is a crime syndicate, and one that flouts the law as often as possible. They do what they want, take what they want, all with the assurance that Pravda will cover for them and their voters will applaud.
