Declassified FBI Files Expose Swalwell’s Stunning Admission About Alleged Chinese Spy [WATCH]

Newly declassified FBI records are casting fresh light on the long running scandal involving former California Rep. Eric Swalwell and Christine Fang, a Chinese national suspected of working on behalf of Beijing’s intelligence apparatus.

The documents reveal details far more troubling than the carefully softened version previously presented to the public.

According to the records, investigators found evidence that Fang directed illegal campaign contributions toward Swalwell through American citizens.

The alleged scheme allowed foreign money to enter the political system while concealing its true source from regulators and voters.

Agents reportedly tracked several occasions when Fang reimbursed donors or relied on conduit contributors to deliver funds.

Such arrangements would raise serious campaign finance concerns, especially when the person coordinating them was suspected of maintaining ties to a hostile foreign power.

The files also describe Fang’s efforts to place interns with Swalwell’s campaign and congressional office.

One intern reportedly secured a position in his Washington operation after being recommended by Fang, giving her network potential access to congressional activity.

Investigators initially examined whether those placements were part of a quid pro quo arrangement connected to the donations.

In plain English, the bureau considered whether political access and government positions were being exchanged for money routed through concealed channels.

The most explosive revelation concerns what Swalwell allegedly told FBI agents about his personal involvement with Fang.

According to the documents, he admitted that the two had engaged in a sexual relationship on multiple occasions.

The records describe one encounter in particularly blunt language.

The documents say Swalwell told investigators that Fang arrived at his door and the two “hooked up.”

That admission is especially staggering considering Swalwell’s national ambitions and his relentless public lectures about foreign interference.

This was a man who ran for president and later positioned himself as a possible candidate for governor of California.

While Democrats spent years presenting Swalwell as a serious voice on intelligence and national security, the FBI was examining whether a suspected Chinese operative had entered his political and personal orbit.

Apparently, the foreign interference sermon had a rather embarrassing footnote.

The bureau reportedly opened a formal predicated investigation that initially treated both Fang and Swalwell as subjects.

Agents examined possible bribery, campaign finance violations, intern placements, foreign contributions, and related false statement offenses.

After interviewing Swalwell, investigators eventually removed him as a target and narrowed their focus to Fang’s alleged conduct.

That decision does not erase the behavior described in the memos, nor does it answer why someone with such sensitive political responsibilities exercised such astonishing judgment.

Despite what the documents describe as substantial evidence against Fang, the Justice Department did not prosecute her after she left the United States for China.

The source material also claims that Fang’s parents were connected to Chinese intelligence, adding another disturbing layer to the episode.

WATCH:

Early oversight of the investigation reportedly involved Jack Smith, the prosecutor who later pursued two federal cases against President Donald Trump.

Conservatives will reasonably wonder why prosecutors found boundless energy when targeting Trump but apparently reached a dead end after Fang returned to China.

The political irony is impossible to miss. Swalwell became one of the loudest promoters of claims involving Trump and foreign influence, even as federal investigators possessed information about Swalwell’s own relationship with a suspected Chinese intelligence asset.

One reaction attached to the released material captured the public frustration in unmistakable terms: The “conspiracy theorists” are RIGHT, AGAIN.

For years, concerns about Fang were dismissed, minimized, or buried beneath the usual protective fog surrounding prominent Democrats.

The source further reports that Swalwell later resigned from Congress following separate accusations of sexual misconduct and assault from multiple women, including a former staff member.

One accuser alleged that he raped her twice while she was too intoxicated to consent, allegations that remain separate from the Fang investigation.

WATCH:

Swalwell is also reportedly facing criminal investigations in New York and California.

Those reported inquiries, combined with the declassified FBI material, leave a political legacy defined less by public service than by scandal, reckless conduct, and questions that never received satisfying answers.

Then there are the bizarre public moments that already made Swalwell a target of ridicule.

He posed shirtless on a camel in Qatar, portrayed himself like a comic book hero, and appeared to pass gas during live television.

The newly revealed records make those episodes look almost harmless by comparison.

A politician who preached endlessly about national security now faces renewed scrutiny over illegal donations, sensitive office access, and an admitted sexual relationship with a woman suspected of serving Beijing’s interests.
